Earth-friendly choices |

All ORG panels are made of industrial grade particle board, finished in melamine and part of ORG EcoElements. Their core is made of 100% recycled and recovered wood fibers. We offer you the choice between:
- Standard Panels that are 100% recycled material
- Plus Panels that are 100% recycled material and have no urea formaldehyde added
Both panels are certified by Scientific Certification Systems, a leading environmental certifying agency in North America. Our panels have also achieved Environmentally Preferred Product (EPP) Certification.
EcoElements also includes several ORG accessories that are powder-coated—a low impact manufacturing process that is better for the environment than more common alternatives.

Life at Method ORG is always changing. We suspect it’s the same at your house. To ensure our products have a long life span, we make them super sturdy, almost endlessly versatile, and highly reconfigurable. So when your child graduates from stuffed animals to stereos, you won’t have to start from scratch. You can contract us to rearrange, relocate or repurpose your ORG product—but you won’t have to replace it. |

Our factory takes a carpool approach to delivering ORG products. The more they can fit into each truck, the better—for our costs, your price, and the quality of our air. None of the trucks return empty. Whether it’s bananas or backpacks, there’s always something to be brought back. |

Keep it moving |

Method ORG is always looking for new ways to keep things in use and out of the landfill. Today, that means…
- Our installation truck has the highest MPG rating in its class.
- The ORG factory recycles 75% of the cardboard packaging from its raw materials, locally. The cardboard they use to package ORG products has 25% to 35% recycled content (post-consumer waste).
- We reuse the same cardboard in Richmond to packout our installation truck.
- All of the scrap metal is recycled locally at the factory.
- We recycle or refurbish for reuse all of our technology tools, and we invite our employees to bring old batteries from home for recycling.

Friendly facilities |

Like you, our factory cares about its home and invests in making it better. The dust-collection system preserves air quality and pumps warmth into the facility—saving about $58,000 in heating costs during the first three months of just one chilly Michigan winter!
Nearly 20 years ago, they integrated a pond into our landscaping to capture and naturally filter runoff from our roof and parking lots. They use the pond to irrigate our grounds and reduce the amount of water we use.
We’re also on a campaign to conserve energy through an efficient lighting system in our plant and offices. By year-end, all of our facilities will be illuminated by energy efficient fluorescents. With these changes, we also expect to save 80% in lighting costs. |
